Clay Stuckey joins DIRTcar Summer Nationals during week three
Set to compete in most of the third week on the Hell Tour, Clay Stuckey was one of 45 Super Late Model drivers at Springfield (Mo.) Raceway on Tuesday afternoon for the week three opener.
Stuckey drove to a runner-up finish in his heat race and started from the third-row in the 30-lap main event, but recorded a 22nd-place finish.
Losing Wednesday's show at Tri-City Speedway (Granite City, Ill.), Stuckey recorded a 14th-place finish in the 100-lap Herald & Review 100 before opening the weekend with a 15th-place outing at Farmer City (Ill.) Raceway.
The Black Diamond Racing team finished out their week on the Summer Nationals with a 18th-place showing at Highland (Ill.) Speedway on Saturday.
