Pearson Jr. wraps up Florida Speedweeks at Bubba Raceway Park

For the final two rounds of the Florida Speedweeks with the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS), Earl Pearson Jr. traveled to Bubba Raceway Park (Ocala, Fla.) on Monday for a pair of $10,000-to-win features. Following a seventh place finish in his heat, Pearson Jr. came one spot short of a transfer position in his B-Main with a fourth place finish. On Tuesday afternoon, Earl failed to qualify for the finale in his heat and B-Main, forcing him to rely on a provisional into the finale. With $10,000 on the line, Pearson Jr. gained one spot in the 40-lap affair to place 23rd.

Earl is 17th in the latest Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series point standings.
